Please read these as estimates, not a quotation. The figure above is generated from list pricing for a single run of pipework at the size you selected. It is not a quote, it is not binding, and it does not account for the things that actually move the number on a real site: how many separate plant rooms and pipe runs you have, access and working restrictions, whether we work around occupancy or trading hours, the mix of pipe sizes across a system, and anything unusual in your plant. Prices exclude VAT and are subject to survey and to change.
The saving and payback figures are a range, not a forecast. They are drawn from the 16–28% verified results across our nine published case studies, and your building will not be identical to any of them: a care home with round-the-clock hot water behaves very differently from an office heated nine to five.
