The difference against a baseline, with the weather, occupancy and operating adjustments explained.

A calculation using the energy result and an emissions factor. The factor, reporting year and scope need to be stated.

Work with the plant you have
The OH4 system fits around existing commercial heating or cooling pipework without replacing the boiler or chiller. That is a description of the installation approach. It does not mean the product has no environmental footprint or that it replaces a wider building improvement plan.
