01. Where is the meter data?
Ask for the original consumption readings, baseline and comparison dates, and a clear description of the meters and loads included. Separate the readings from calculated adjustments. A testimonial can describe a client's experience, but it does not replace the measurement evidence.

02. Was the comparison fair?
Weather and occupancy can change heating demand. Ask how the baseline was constructed, which adjustments were applied and what limitations remain. Compare energy consumption in kWh before assessing the financial implications, since tariffs can change independently of energy use.
03. What else changed?
Changes to controls, setpoints, maintenance, building use or occupied areas can affect consumption. Record those changes during the measurement period and explain their effect on the comparison. A fall in consumption alone does not establish which intervention caused it.
04. What does installation involve?
The OH4 sheeting fits around existing pipework, with no cutting, draining or electrical connection. Review compatibility, access, insulation reinstatement and existing maintenance arrangements before work starts.
A non-invasive installation still needs a properly scoped proposal. Agree responsibilities and the next steps if the evidence is inconclusive or no saving is demonstrated.
05. How will the pilot be assessed?
Start with one building and agree the method before installation. Identify the baseline, monitoring start date, assessment period, adjustments, comfort checks, uncertainty and reviewer. Use that building's evidence to inform any wider rollout.
