What the meters showed

Gas used for heating and hot water fell from 2,904 m³ in November 2024 to 2,308 m³ in November 2025, a raw reduction of 596 m³ or 20.5%.

November 2025 was significantly colder than November 2024 (327.9 degree days against 296.8, using degreedays.net data), so the like-for-like comparison actually understates the effect. Adjusted for weather, the saving is 813 m³, or 28%, worth £529.35 in a single month.

We publish first-month numbers for what they are: an early reading, not a year of evidence. The meters keep counting, and the data will keep being reported either way.

How this was measured: the same month compared year on year from the home's own metering, adjusted for ambient weather using degree days. All figures exclude VAT.

The V1 system is the OH4 Energy Saving System, so client quotes and the full case-study documents refer to it as OH4.
